team work

Team work… sure, but on one condition: we all do our specific parts and we collaborate on intersecting areas of our responsibilities.

Yet, too often it means: everybody is doing trying to do everything.
Like 9 women trying to deliver a baby in 1 month.
At the end it still takes 9 months but in the meantime, 8 people are wasting time.

So, dear ‘other team’, focus on AD/network/etc. and don’t send me links to YouTube videos how to move database.
